I think the best way to get back into this is to just dive right in. Let me explain to you how I’ve been feeling recently… AMAZING! I’ve been kicking butt in the gym and it’s showing. For me it all starts with a routine, and a plan. NO EXCUSES EITHER! I feel like it’s so easy to push off the gym because there’s a million (huge exaggeration) other things going on. How do I overcome that? I drink a cup of coffee, (usually two) and watch a workout video on YouTube. Give yourself a goal you wanna reach and don’t settle till you get it. If you wanna start on something new, make today that day. Don’t wait until tomorrow!
We are living in the best time to better yourself. Sounds strange saying it but name a better time where you could just say, “nope, I’ve got things that I need to do.” You can’t! (I mean… or maybe you can) Either way, this is such a cool time to be alive. Sounds cliche but we have every tool to be successful and healthy in this world. I’ve learned so much about myself in the past few years. Pretty much since I started this blog, everything has changed for me. It’s been a test, a challenge, and a lot to handle at times… but wow it’s been awesome! With everything that seems to flat out just go wrong, something else always works out. Being physically and mentally happy with yourself is a struggle for a lot of us, but once you come to love yourself… there’s no limit on what you can achieve. I feel like all of this sounds repetitive at times, cause honestly it is. Everyone out there has said this at least once. There’s no secret… it’s just part of living this life. Enjoy the process.
Alright enough of the motivational stuff… Let’s talk about the endless amount of bread and pasta I ate in Italy. Stay tuned ✌🏻
